About Us
Who We Are
Upper Merion Indivisible is a grassroots group working to educate, engage, and empower our neighbors to promote democratic principles, protect human rights, and preserve the rule of law in the United States of America.
What We Do
- Organize protests, meet with officials, coordinate events
- Send thousands of emails and postcards to elected officials
- Work with local and regional government officials
- Work closely with local, regional, and national Indivisible chapters
- Keep members informed through a weekly newsletter about important, current issues and actions
- Build a local infrastructure of people ready to engage and act
How You Can Help
- Upper Merion Indivisible is an action-oriented group.
- Everyone who joins our chapter commits to some type of activity of their choosing that helps defend and strengthen our democracy.
- Each member is asked to devote at least one hour a week, or 10 minutes a day, in direct action -- phoning or emailing elected officials, writing postcards, participating in a public demonstration, etc.
